We bring everything with us: sturdy moving boxes in a range of sizes, heavy-duty packing tape, bubble wrap for fragile items, butcher’s paper for wrapping glassware and crockery, foam pouches for plates, and wardrobe boxes so your clothes stay on hangers and arrive wrinkle-free. It’s all included in the service — no hidden extras.

How We Protect Fragile Items

Fragile items get the VIP treatment. Every piece of glassware is individually wrapped in butcher’s paper, then cushioned with bubble wrap before going into a clearly labelled box. Artwork and mirrors are wrapped in moving blankets and placed in custom picture boxes or cardboard corners. Electronics are wrapped in anti-static material, and screens are protected with foam sheeting. We label every box with the room it belongs to and whether it’s fragile, so unloading at the other end is straightforward.

Ha — we get asked this more than you’d think! We don’t pack pets or live plants, as they need a bit of fresh air during the move. We’d recommend transporting them in your own car on moving day. We can, however, pack pots, planters, and pet gear like crates and beds.
We sure do. Once the truck’s unloaded at your new place, we can unpack your boxes, set things out in the right rooms, and take all the packing materials away with us. It’s a great option if you want to be fully settled in on day one without the mountain of cardboard.
