What if something breaks?

It's rare. We don't break things. If we do, we sort it. We don't carry transit insurance yet, so we work like the truck is ours and your stuff is ours.

Are you going to add fees later?

No. The quote is the quote. No fuel surcharge, no travel fee in the shire, no padded hours. Weekends are +$10 per person per hour, and we tell you that before you book.

Can you do it tomorrow or this weekend?

Yeah, we're 24/7. Weekends are +$10 per person per hour. Want me to lock in a time?

How is the rate worked out?

$170 an hour for two movers, the truck, blankets and straps. Billed by the half-hour after the first. Travel from our Tyagarah depot is included for jobs inside the shire.

Do you do the Gold Coast or interstate?

The Gold Coast, yes, it's a regular run for us at the flat depot-to-depot rate. Further afield, ask. We'd rather tell you a better option than take a job we can't do properly.

Are you insured if you break something?

We're a small crew that handles your stuff like it's our own. We don't break things. If you need a formally insured carrier I'm happy to refer you to one of our trusted colleagues, otherwise we're here.
