What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, the suburbs involved, and (if you use the full estimate) job details like home size, access notes and a preferred date. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can quote and run your job. Recordings are kept under the same rules as everything else here.

That's it. We don't collect payment details through this website.

What it's used for

To quote and run your job: your details go to our booking system, and to Mayan's phone and email so someone can call you back. You may get an SMS confirming we received your request.

We don't sell your details and we don't run a mailing list. You hear from us about your move, and that's the end of it.

Measurement

The site may use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand which pages and ads lead to enquiries. It's standard cookie measurement, reported in aggregate: it tells us the Byron Bay page produced a call, not anything about you personally. If your browser blocks it, the site works exactly the same.

Where it lives

Your quote details live in our booking system, hosted software run for Northern Removals. The only people with access are the people running your job.
